Coaching  is a hot word in our culture. Simply put, coaching is a partnership between a coach and an individual who desires to make positive life changes. A coach sees the whole person, moving him or her forward in life by providing deep listening, powerful questions, and support.

Dr. Jim Robey will provide you with confidential coaching by phone that helps move you forward in your life and work. Coaching can be one way to move more fully into the "fullness of life." Coaching is transforming!

Individual and Group Coaching
  Jim usually contracts with clients for 6 months of coaching with 2 or 3 sessions a month, plus email support and brief calls when needed between sessions.  Coaching sessions are usually held by phone but may be conducted in person.  The focus is on what the individual brings to the meeting, including agreed upon reporting of actions taken. Each session lasts 40 or 60 minutes. Between calls the participant gives thoughtful reflection to the work and tries out changes in his or her life.
